Mama is proud

Hello my children,

Sorry didn't have the chance to talk to you after your game.

Good job on surviving and finishing the intensive trainings so strong and disciplined.
Still remember our first training at ITE Simei? You ladies look so much better and our 4 corner passing is like super duper mega faster now. With two handballs to juggle with.

When you ladies took the courts in your new Christmas Presents aka Jerseys. I've never been so proud. Like a proud mama standing and clapping when her child is the main lead in the school drama. :)

Take today's game against KRH as a warm up match. As one where we played together as a team. And one where we gain experience, find out where our weaknesses are and work even harder to make them our strengths.

On another note, I would like to thank the following Mamas:

Congratulations to all winners!
I haven't got a chance to debrief all of you.
So here goes....

1stly, I must thank the seniors for taking time off and coming down to help out in this event. I am proud to say that you ladies have shown alot of independence, maturity and patience when it comes to leading and nurturing our 'babies'. I feel so safe to leave the 'babies' in your hands.

Next, 'babies';
Do not fret if you didn't score today. Remember, there are many other ways you would have contributed to this TEAM GAME... from passes, to defense, to running after loose balls, not giving up when you are super tired.
I'm sure there are plenty of things we learnt from today's tournament. And I am really happy to see the progress we have made. From the first day I saw you kids play (rapid shaking of head) to today (i can proudly present you kids to Dr Vivien B and declare you as my babies)... we've come a long long way. But this doesn't mean that it's the end of our journey k? It's just the start of a path to greater heights!

So... all in all.... Let's put to practise what we have learnt today and press on ahead!
YOG 2010!
