Combi: Butt slide to backward roll. (Fall safely and getting back up quickly)
Combi with ball.
Specialised training:
Pivots - Falling shots, picking durians in the D.
Wing - Elevation, flying towards 7m Line shots, Breaking fall gently.
Backs - Flying fish and landing safely.
Keepers - Splits.
