- reaction drills thrower to stand at 6m. 1 set = 10 times
- 1st set: Keeper just turn
- 2nd set: Keeper do 1 time 4 corners facing goal post then turn, thrower to inform keeper where she will shoot.
- 3rd set: Keeper do 1 time 4 corners facing goal post then turn, thrower DO NOT inform keeper where she will shoot.
