Up down Exercise

Footwork
- Catch and land on right foot.
- Triple Threat stance: Stand shot, pass, dodging
- Stand shot faking has to be convincing. Draw the defender to make a move and that's where quick nimble feet comes in.

Shooting
- 1 line, Fake stand shot and react according to defender.
1st option: Stand shot
if defender moves to cover the shot, go for the 'qie'
if defender stays on 6m, go for outside shot or draw and pass off

Ball handling
- Front to back, Back to front
- Pop over the shoulder
- Around head, waist and ankles
- Crazy horse
- Toss high, catch low
- Going under the bounce
- Toss, Sit, Stand, Catch

Agility ladder
- Double leg running
- Single leg hop
- In In out out
- sideways In In Out Out
- Sidestep crossover

Cool down (1 lap)
