Warm Up - Driving; Facing partner, One back peddles, the other moves towards partner. Chest passes as you run.
Stretching

Passes: Chest, Bounce, Side, Jump
- Things to note for passes: Raise the arm. 'Air the armpit'. Pull not push.
- Things to note for receives: Thumb up for high ball, thumb down for low ball. Open your eyes when you receive.

4 Corners passing
- 'Receive, Return. Receive, Throw next'

Theory session:
- Keeper rights and player rights.
- Shooting Vs Passing
Passing: to a friend. Accuracy and weight of throw is crucial.
Shooting: to the skinny pole. Strength and speed of throw is crucial.

Shooing
- 'Finding' the skinny pole. (Standing Shot)
- 3 Steps shooting.
- 3 Steps Jump Shot
- 3 Steps dodging (getting away from defender)
