Warm Up - Basket-handball

Stretching

Passes: Chest, Bounce, Side, Jump, push
*Push pass - use when receiver is relatively near. For quick distribution of ball.

4 Corners passing
- 'Receive, Return. Receive, Throw next'

Passing game
- first time to reach 20 consecutive passes
- drop ball = changeover
- intercept = start from zero
- no bounce pass, no return to same passer.

Dodging
- in pairs, get past a defender within legal means.
- gauging of distance to execute fake movements.

Shooting
- 2 lines, with a passive defender.
- using 3 steps to dodge pass defender and put in the shot.

Wave
- hitting the right gaps
- making use of what we learn and applying it in a game situation
- draw defenders to create gaps for team mate
